The artwork has to be sent using our online request form. This way you can keep track of the progress of your request.
In rare cases you may be requested to send your raster file(s) by email. This is needed if the file is too large or if you have a batch with many files to vectorize.

When you submit your online request a confirmation email is sent to you. If this was a request for a quote, you will also receive a quote email shortly.
You can track your request's progress through the Control Center. You may also see past requests, pending payments, your account details etc.

To see more details about our workflow please click here.

When you receive a quote for your request it will also indicate the lead time. Most vector files are delivered the next working day.

If your request is urgent please check the 'Rush Service' button when submitting it. This will give your request a higher priority.

Once your artwork is vectorized it will be sent to you via email. Please reply to that email if you need any modifications.

Please note that you can track your request's progress through the Control Center. You may also see past requests, pending payments, your account details etc.

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with the vector file you get from evectorize.com. That's why we don't request a payment immediately. We will give you a couple of days to evaluate/test the file. If you find any problem with it you can request a modification.

After 2 days and if no modifications are requested, you will receive a payment request by email. Just follow the link in that email to complete the payment.

Frequent customers with an established credit will receive payment requests once or twice per month in order to avoid repeated transactions on their credit cards.

Yes it is. Payments to evectorize.com are handled by 2CO, a secure online payment processor. Your personal and financial information is entered in 2CO's site and never revealed to evectorize.com.

When you use 2CO's site for paying online with a credit card, your transaction occurs over a secure Internet connection, and your information is encrypted. The secure connection protects your transaction, from the instant you enter your personal information to the moment you enter credit card information and receive payment confirmation. Transactions are transmitted using one of the strongest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols available. Your confidential information is encrypted so that it cannot be altered or embellished during transmission.

When placing a request for vectorizing a raster image you must specify the file type of the returned vector file. This file type has to correspond to the program you are going to use for opening the vector file.
You may also request vector file types (such as '.ai' and '.eps') that are compatible with most vector drawing programs . If these file types cannot be opened by your program, use the 'Import' command.

If you still cannot open your file or want it in a different format please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

After receiving the vector file, you have a couple of days to evaluate/test it. If you find any problem with it you can request a modification.

If after 2 days and even if you completed the payment for the vector file you need some parts of the design modified you may still request a modification.

We will work with you to get the file exactly as you need it for your business.

Even the best tracing software will never produce a vector file of quality comparable to evectorize.com's hand vectorizing results.

Tracing software outcome mainly depends on the quality of the scanned image. Even with a very good scan you will still get a lot of unnecessary control points and inaccuracies. A lot of time and effort may be involved in editing a traced image.
If the original artwork or the scan is not good (low resolution, noise etc) then the tracing software is almost unusable.

With evectorize.com you will always get perfect results no matter what the scan looks like and save a lot of time and effort.
